Main Construction Contents:
To build 8 sightseeing of Jurassic Park, China Ape man Society Sightseeing, China Primitive Commune Scenery, Primitive Cultureal and Art Zone, Ancient time Myths Zone, Primitive Holiday Resort, Entertainment Park On the Water, Primitive Amorous Feeling Zone of Guangxi Minority Nationalities etc. as well as 9 primitive service network for pleasure such as Tribe Restaurant, Tribe Chilef Night Club, Tourism Souvenir Shop, Dynamic Movie Thearter, Open Dancing and Singing Shows,Primitive Food Street, Primitive Roast Field, Primitive Fishing and Hunting Yard,0 Entertainment Palace for Children, and to construct, as a complete set, administrative living comprehensive area and infrastructures.

Total investment of the project is estimated USD 30 million, including construction investment of USD 29.2 million million and working capital USD 0.8 million.
Economic Result:
The project will be constructed for a period of 3 years and start operation from the 4th year. During normal business year, its annual business income will be about RMB 140.6 million Yuan, total profit being RMB 58.9162 million Yuan, profit and loss balance point being 31.75%, profit and investment rate being 23.66%, profit and tax rate of investment being 26.77%, financial net cash value being RMB 72.144 million Yuan. After the income tax, the financial internal return rate is 17.59%, investment recovery period being 7.3 years (including 3 years period of construction). In view of the above major financial indexes, the project is good in economic result.)
Construction Conditions:
1. It is good in the tourism resources conditions relied on: the project is located at the Forestry Park of Liangfengjiang. In the park, there are vast forest, bird language and smelling flowers. Liangfengjiang looks like a truly beautiful and multi colored jade belt rippling in the green sea of forest, the scene is very delicate and charming. Liangfengjiang Forestry Park is still one of the main places for pleasure and vacation for the people, middle and primary school students of Nanning City. Thus the foundation of visitor resource is quite good.
2. It is smooth and unceasing in communications: this project is situated by the roadside of the Capital Airport of Nanning City, Guangxi. It is a road by whoever must go from Nanning City to the well known tourism sightseeing areas such as the Phoenix Lake Tourism Holiday Resort, Ningming Huashan Mountain Landscape and Historic Resort, Pingxiang Friendship Pass, and Congzuo Stone Landscape and Forest etc. The project is only 14.5 kilometers away from Nanning City. It is very smooth in communication.
3. There is guarantee for the basic conditions such as power supply, water supply and drainage and communication etc.: the existing electric power source of Liangfengjiang Forestry Park where the project is located is the States electric power network; and the water supply source is that pumped from well. It is plenty in water resources and the water quality is in compliance with the standard of drinking water stipulated by the State. The polluted living water is drained into Liangfengjiang River through underground ditch after treatment. Rainfall will flow into Liangfengjiang River directly. The excrement and urine, after treatment in septic tank, can be used as the fertile materials for wood, crops of fruits and flowers in the Forestry Park. The communication facility has already joined into the network of Nanning City.
4. It is powerful in technology assistance: the assisting parties of this project are mainly the nation¡¯s first class authentic bodies such as the Summer Palace Historic Relic Institute of the National Historic Relice Bureau, Beijing Zhoukoudian China Ape Museum, China Art Study and New Craftsman Study Center, Artificial Intelligent Research Institute of Har¡¯erbin Industrial College and Ancient Building Research Institute of Beijing etc. It is strong in their t¡¯chnology power and high in management level.

Early phased Work Progress:
The feasibility study compiled by Nanning City Project Consultation and Scheme Affair has been reported to Nanning City Planning Commission and approved. The early phased, work, e.g. location selection, use of land and environment protection, has been approved by the authorities concerned. Now at site investigation work is being done.
